The Sleep Ready Method™ is a regulation-led, physiology-first framework that reframes how sleep actually unfolds in children. It begins with the understanding that sleep is not a behavior to be managed or a skill to be trained, but a biological state that emerges when the nervous system feels safe enough to rest.Bedtime is treated as a transition — not a task — and resistance is understood as information about state, not defiance. Rather than focusing on routines, rewards, or compliance, the method centers the parent’s nervous system as the primary environment guiding this transition. When regulation comes first, pressure decreases, struggle softens, and sleep follows naturally.
